1. Short title
2. Salary and allowance
The President shall be paid—3. Gratuity
A person who has held the office of President for at least three years shall, upon the expiration of his term of office or upon his ceasing to be President, be paid a gratuity equal to twenty-five per centum of the aggregate amount of emoluments paid or payable to him in respect of the period spent in office:Provided that where a person who holds office of President ceases to hold office—History of this document
