An Act to repeal the Entertainment Tax Act.

1. Short title and commencement

This Act may be cited as the Entertainment Tax (Repeal) Act, and shall come into operation on the 27th January, 1996.

2. Repeal of Cap. 661 of the old edition

The Entertainment Tax Act is hereby repealed.
