[Act 8 of 1996]An Act to repeal the Estate Duty Act.

1. Short title and commencement

This Act may be cited as the Estate Duty (Repeal) Act, and shall come into operation on the 1st April, 1996.

2. Repeal of Cap. 660 of the old edition

The Estate Duty Act is hereby repealed.
