Statutory Functions of the President (Delegation) Notice, 2026

IT IS HEREBY NOTIFIED for public information that in exercise of the powers contained in Article 109(1) of the Constitution of Zambia, the President of the Republic of Zambia delegated the functions and powers of the President to Her Honour the Vice-President Mrs W. K. Mutate Nalumango, MP., when he travelled to Eswatini to attend the Celebrations of the Ruby Jubilee, 40 Years of Reign and His Majesty’s 58th Birthday from 26th April, 2026 until his return.
