IN EXERCISE of the powers contained in section 16 of the Civil Aviation Act, 2016, the following Regulations are made:

1. Title

These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Designated Provincial and Strategic Airports) Regulations, 2018

2. Provincial airports

The airports set out in Part A of the Schedule are designated as provincial airports.

3. Designated strategic airports

The airports set out in Part B of the Schedule are designated as strategic airports.
