Public Health (Notifiable Infectious Disease) (Declaration) Notice, 2020

Statutory Instrument 21 of 2020

In exercise ofthe powers contained in sections 9 and 28 of the Public Health Act, the following Notice is issued:

1. Title

This Notice may be cited as the Public Health (Notifiable Title Infectious Disease) (Declaration) Notice, 2020.

2. Declaration of notifiable infectious disease

The disease specified in the Schedule is declared a notifiable infectious disease.
