This Bill proposes to amend the National Road Fund Act, 2002 in order to provide legal immunity to the National Road Fund Agency and its property from execution, attachment, or other enforcement proceedings that may arise from a judgment or court order. Instead, the Director of the Agency will be required to settle any judgment debt from the Agency's revenue.
