- Summary of What the Bill Proposes to Do
The object of this Bill is to amend the Zambia Development Agency
Act, 2022, so as to—
(a) revise the composition of the Board of the Zambia Development Agency; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.
In specific, the Bill proposes to change section 6 of the Act which sets out the composition of the Board of the Agency. The Bill looks to replace the two people with experience and knowledge in trade and investment on the board with 3 persons from the private sector with knowledge and experience I trade and investment.
