Order of Release from Prisons and Correctional Centres for Eight Hundred and Forty-Nine (849), inmates who include,
Eight Hundred and Twenty-Six (826), Eleven (11) Old Age and Twelve (12) Foreign Nationals and Commutation of
Sentences for Ninety-Eight (98) Inmates to Commemorate Heroes and Unity Day, 5th July, 2022
IT IS HEREBY NOTIFIED for public information that His Excellency the President has, in exercise of the powers vested in him by Article 97(1)
of the Constitution of Zambia, ordered that the said inmates in Schedule ‘A’, ‘B’ ‘C’, hereto be released from Prisons and Correctional
Centres forthwith and those in Schedule ‘D’ ‘E’ ‘F’ and ‘G’ have their Sentences Commuted accordingly.
